Thanks for the kind words. I'm one of the developers of Headquarters. You're right, there's no offline mode just yet, but it's something we're considering adding if enough people ask for it. We opted for live data for the time being, and tried to make that as fast as possible. IMHO, I definitely think you should review it on Smoking Apples ;) Hey!
