Unread 1.2
Unread is my favourite RSS app on iPhone. It has some of the best in app navigation ever and the reading experience exudes pure class. Today Unread 1.2 is out and it brings a lot of shiny to the app. Unread now supports Fever (Thank you Jared) and NewsBlur as well. It has an all new Tweetbot 3 style image viewer with all new image options including viewing alternate text (xkcd fans this one is for you). For people who enjoy scrolling through headlines, you can now enable mark as read on scroll which is genius. A few of the hidden themes are now unlocked for everyone and menus are easier to trigger. All in all this is a solid update to Unread. Jared has been chronicling his progress on Unread for iPad on his blog. I can’t wait for the iPad app. Unread for iPhone is available on the App Store for $4.99. I cannot recommend it enough.
