Procreate 2
Over 2.5 years since its debut on the App Store, Procreate version 2.0 has been released on the App Store. Procreate is a phenomenally feature-packed iPad app designed for artists & creators that lets you sketch & paint beautifully. It offers a wide range of tools & features that enables the creative folks to churn out beautiful pixel goodness on their iPads. Version 2.0 of Procreate has been redesigned for iOS 7 and includes updates that take full advantage of the power that the newer iPads offer.
There are some nifty tools like:
- Gaussian Blur
- Sharpen
- Noise
- Hue, saturation & brightness
- Color Balance (Highlights, Midtones, Shadows)
- Curves (Gamma, Red, Green, Blue)
I’m not a fan of the new icon, but the update as a whole is absolutely fantastic. Procreate 2 is a free update to existing users and if you don’t already have it, you can grab it from the App Store for just $5.99.
