Scanbot is a gorgeous and lovely document scanning app for iPhone (and soon Android) from the folks at doo. With Scanbot, doo has made a fresh start and quite a great one too.
Scanbot is designed to be a dead simple utility to create high-quality scans of your documents from your iPhone. Utilizing the iPhone’s camera, Scanbot takes impressive photos of your documents and then processes them according to your liking — full color, grayscale, black & white, etc. Then, you can file these documents into the cloud. Scanbot supports the following destinations:
- box
- Dropbox
- Evernote
- Google Drive
- OneDrive
- Yandex
You can set an auto-upload destination to any one of these services, as well as manually share the scanned document with anyone. I love the colors used in the app and the neatly crafted UI elements. Scanbot is available for $0.99 on the App Store.
