Reeder 3 — the popular RSS Reader app available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices has gone Free on the App Store. In a tweet, Silvio Rizzi, the @reederapp developer has announced that the app will be free “until version 4 is released later this year”.
Reeder is free until version 4 is released later this year as a paid upgrade. No subscription.
It’s also interesting to note that Reeder 4 will be a paid upgrade for everyone, and will be available as a one-time purchase as opposed to the current trend of having recurring subscriptions.
Reeder 3 for Mac is available on the Mac App Store here and Reeder 3 for iPhone and iPad is available as a Universal app here.
