Shares 2
We've previously written about Shares, the brilliantly simple app that helps you to track your stocks and how much you've earned/lost via them. Developer Sam Soffes recently released Shared 2, a brand new app that brings a delightful new interface to your phone, specially designed with iOS 7 in mind. Unfortunately, Shares 2 uses a Yahoo API that might not support some non-US stocks. If you own a bunch of stocks, you should definitely check it out. Shares 2 is $0.99 on the App Store.

Spanish Números
Spanish Números is a simple app that helps you learn 1 to 100, in Spanish. Primarily designed for kids, you can learn the Spanish pronunciations and spellings in the app. It has two modes, wherein it displays 4 options and lets you pick the correct one. Unfortunately it doesn't keep scores. Still, it's one of the 'does-one-thing-well' kind of apps and goes for $0.99 on the App Store.
Thomas — Analog Movie Camera
Thomas is a really interesting iPhone app that makes it easy to create retro-styled, three frames per second movies using your phone's camera. Much like Instagram, you can shoot short videos and then apply filters to them. There's no social network attached to the app, but you can share the videos via the usual mediums or save them to your Camera Roll. The app is Free on the App Store and additional filters are available via IAP.
Intermission
Intermission is a lovely new app from the folks at Rogue Amoeba. The app allows you to take control of live audio on your Mac by letting you not only pause it, but also rewind back in time. This is great for Internet Radio apps like Pandora, Rdio, Spotify or even iTunes Radio. You can test out a trial from their website or purchase the app directly for $15.
