Our thanks to Sparrow for sponsoring the RSS feed this week.
Sparrow’s UI makes using email fun again. It features a highly-customizable UI that you can configure to your liking. I personally prefer the minimal (Tweetie-like) view, navigate using the keyboard shortcuts and absolutely love the inline quick-reply option. If you prefer, you can also use the full-screen mode. Sparrow comes loaded with a host of features including Full-IMAP support, Gmail’s labels, send and archive and multiple accounts with an unified inbox. It features emails organized by conversation view and even Facebook integration, which pulls the information and pictures of the people you’re interacting with.
I’ve been using Sparrow since its beta and I distinctly remember that it only took me a few minutes with Sparrow before I moved away from Mail.app to Sparrow as my primary mail client. Sparrow is available for just $9.99 on the Mac App Store and we highly recommend you check it out. A trial can be downloaded from Sparrow’s website.
