Bee is a simple app for iPhone and iPad that lets you quickly and easily send an email to your contacts or group of contacts. Instead of typing out their email addresses or choosing from a list, Bee lets you create rounded avatars of your most frequently emailed contacts so that you can email them with a few simple taps.
Available as a Universal app for iPhone and iPad, Bee is easy to setup. Just select one or more contacts and Bee will create shortcuts of their email addresses and display them in a grid. Once you’re set, you can quit the app. Bee offers a Share Extension on iOS 8, so anytime you want to email something to someone, just tap on the Bee icon in the native share sheet, tap on the contact’s avatar and send the email away. It’s that simple. Thanks to Bee, you can not only email individual contacts, but also a group of contacts that you have created in the app. Bee also offers a Today extension to Compose a new email from the Notification Center.
Bee is a simple idea and implemented well. Even though it is available Free on the App Store, it’s limited to just a single contact. You have to unlock a $1.99 IAP in the app to add more contacts and use the app to its fullest capabilities.
