Pocket Casts 4.5 for Android
Pocket Casts is my favourte podcatcher on iOS and Android. It has near flawless sync across both platforms and looks amazing. The Android app got a huge update back in February last year. Today Pocket Casts for Android hits 4.5 and it brings a lot to the table. The app now has full Chromecast support and items in the up next playlist can be rearranged. My favourite part of 4.5 is how the player now takes UI colours from the podcast artwork like the iOS version. The main interface has also been refined. Pocket Casts is the only podcast app you need to own on Android. It is available on Google Play for $3.99.
