Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’re probably aware that the one of the biggest sporting events ever is currently taking place in Brazil. The 2014 FIFA World Cup™ has had fans from across the globe hooked onto it. The Group Stage matches are already underway and FIFA already has great official app for iPhone that gives you access a ton of information right in your hands. On the other hand, Mundial Matchday is a simple app for iPad that does “one thing well”.
Mundial Matchday is an iPad app that puts all the 64 matches of the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ on a single screen. You can follow the matches, the group standings and qualifiers without any navigation or taps. Tapping on a match gives you access to a quick highlight video at the bottom, so it is easy to catch up if you’ve missed anything.
There’s really not much to the app. It attempts to put all the matches and teams on a single screen and excels at that. Mundial Matchday is available for $0.99 on the App Store.
